    Promoter claims Brees forsook event
The promoter being sued by Drew Brees’ charitable foundation says it was Brees — not the firm — that failed to meet obligations involving the NFL quarterback’s signature celebrity golf tournament.

San Diego-based Integrated Sports Marketing is challenging the foundation’s lawsuit, which claims the company mismanaged the tournament. The foundation calls allegations in the company’s new legal filing baseless.

In the court filing, the promoter portrays Brees as an absentee caretaker of the tournament, which has raised hundreds of thousands for local charities. Brees, ISM states in the motion, failed to meet his agreed-upon duties.

“For example, Mr. Brees failed to attend in any year the press conference at the Rady Children’s Hospital kicking off the tournament; failed to participate in a single round of golf to promote the tournament in any year; failed to show up at the Celebrity Poker Championship; and refused or failed to show up at scheduled sponsor appearances, among many other things,” the response states.

Think many peeps would be surprised to learn of the many underhanded things their "idols" get up to Ringo, amazing what a good PR firm or publicist can keep from getting out to the general public ...... Know that for a Fact. ;)

Mind you, there are plenty who do some fantastic work also, so it goes both ways.......what it really comes down to is how much and actually hands on and time spent is the "celebrity" putting in, not just whether his name is being used to attract attention, anyone can simply lend their name out, that takes no effort whatsoever.

Look no further than the Man of the hour, Lance the Boil !!!

If I hear another idiot use the the excuse that what he has done for Cancer sufferers should be taken into account as to clearing his name, I'll fair dinkum fargin' go postal ......

He's a lying, thieving dork-sucking Mudderfarger, who should be behind bars......end of story, the fact that peeps NEED a arsehole like this to be interested in helping in the first place shows where their minds are at for starters.

It shouldn't take a celebrity, fake or otherwise, to get people interested in donating to a worthy cause, if your genuinely concerned, get involved and act on your own behalf, not because some dickwad jerk asks you too.

Like I said, I've seen plenty of instances of high profile peeps being asked to give their time up for something and believe me, if there isn't something in it for them in a big way, they'll turn their backs quicker than you can say "can you loan me a million" !!!

Can you get my name out there ?

seriously, fargin Life Coach !!!! .....is that where the world is at these days ?

What a sad and farg'd up world we live in ........ We have finally reached the point of where a person is no longer capable of waking up in the morning and knowing what to do with themselves without the help of some Master Manipulator who is able to convince them, that he/she knows what's best for them ......

WOW ...... If that's what being "successful and famous" has come too, glad I'm a shitkicker of no reputation in the world whatsoever.

Sorry to hear that Junior's family has decided to go ahead and file a lawsuit against the NFL ............. frivolous waste of time.

No one forced Junior or anyone else to "play football", anyone truly think he'd NOT of played the game if he'd had the foresight to see into the future ?

Exactly ..............move on and do whatever it takes to make the game of "Today" safe, whats happened in the past cannot be undone, its called life, deal with it.

    Unbelievable isn't it !!!

You don't need to look far these days BLEW to see the stupidity level of the homosapien descending in a downward spiral quicker than a Lindsey Lohan movie review.

Seems the modern pastime has become ...... "Let's see how dumb I can look for the world to see"

I just don't get it anymore I guess.

10,500 for socks??? Brady gets 10,000 for a foot into Ed Reed???

Frank Gore fined for low socks
    ESPN.com news services | January 23, 2013
Frank Gore's efforts in the San Francisco 49ers' NFC Championship Game victory over the Atlanta Falcons didn't go unnoticed by the NFL, who decided he wore his socks last Sunday a little too low to its liking.

The running back was fined $10,500 on Wednesday for wearing his socks too low in the game, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Going by the frequency of which these stories are making the news, I'd say there's a fair chance it's by-passed viral completely and gone straight to hereditary.

No doubt the Taddy gene pool is dominated by the little bastards just swimming in circles and sustaining concussions at a rate that even the NFL can't keep up with ....... Maybe it is time for another "clean sweep out" of the current generation, those Mayans may not have been as silly as we all thought ????

That was my first thought also Pump ......... I wasn't aware that socks we're such a vital ingredient of the games integrity ?????

But hey, it's Rogers World afterall, we are just lucky enough he allows us peeons in occasionally to view it. ;)

you'd love this shite Blew ...... Perfect conditions for a redheaded, fair skinned Asian like yourself. ;)
