Figured as much ......................... Boldin was by far and away the MVP on that field today. Followed closely by Beyonce who won a close Most Valuable Puss award in a count back from Alicia !!!!
So much for the 'losing Jarrett Johnson will hamstring the Ravens D' theory Bicep-kissing trademarking wonk vs Murderer? I was hoping for both to lose. The blackout almost delivered too Ah well, maybe next year On the plus side, the refs didn't get tooo involved (aside from one bad call and one bad non-call, which is pretty good for a NFL crew).
Jarrett Johnson ?????? ........ What, instead of that Ellerbe kid !!!! Know who'd I rather in my team. I'm surprised that Our favourite Klown Koop hasn't sued Kappy for stealing his intellectual property over the Bicep-kissing scenario. Then again, I'm guessing the word "intellectual" and Koop in the same sentence would be enough for any jury in the land to throw that one out the door without much thought.
Well, accounted for 12 points which is nothing to sneeze at for shizzle, but really only was in on those 2 plays, whereas Boldins catches were hugely important over the enitre game for the Ravens and came at crucial times of the game in my opinion.
I'd give it to the Niners CBs. Not clear how Flacco gets away with the looping passes without the Niners CBs being in farged up SB state. Either them or the guy who pulled the lever on the circuit box and turned it into a game
Once a douche, always a douche......... Jim Harbaugh upset about late penalties, or lack thereofPosted by Darin Gantt on February 3, 2013, 11:42 PM ESTAfter losing the Super Bowl to his brother, 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh didn’t have much to say.But many of the words he did use were to complain about the officiating near the end of the game, particularly the failed fourth-down conversion. When discussing his final series with the ball, Harbaugh said “there was no question in my mind there was a pass interference, and then a hold on the last play.”He also griped about the “tackling” of his players on the intentional safety the Ravens took to burn clock, saying (rather huffily) “I never got an explanation on that.”When asked why he didn’t bother running the ball with Frank Gore near the goal line (which made sense given Gore’s 110 yards on 19 carries, Harbaugh looked perturbed, shrugged and said “we had other plays called.”Expecting the 49ers coach to be calm is unreasonable, given the way he behaves when things went well. But as wounded as he was, there wasn’t much grace exhibited, considering the moment his brother just experienced.
That Culliver certainly made a name for himself ....................... albeit for all the wrong reasons, but then again, he seems the type that would adhere to the old theory of "any publicity, is GOOD publicity", so getting continually owned by an opponent in a Superbowl Im sure he see's as a win situation. I may have to retract my feelings about ScareCro being the worst CB in the NFL after seeing this easybeat play the game.
Agreed. Anyone catch that Bridgestone Performance Moment of the Year... (Ray Rice on a 4th and 29). I ain't buying their fargin' tires!
Glad I wasn't the only one who thought that (bolded) ........ what a lame answer that is !!!!! Yeah, Dick and those "other plays" in all likelyhood just cost you a Superbowl.....................Man up and say, yeah, that would probably have been the way to go in hindsight at least.
The Chargers have been on the receiving end of many PMotY throughout the years! Shirley, you must have developed a tougher skin by now
hahahahahahaha, I was waiting for that BLEW !!! I have some optimism mate, why wouldn't you with an entire new staff ? But we still have to be honest with ourselves and admit that its gonna take more than Coahing etc, to improve our situation. First up will be player evaluation ability in FA and the draft, then we'll have some idea what we have.
They should have had Beyonce and Keys come out and sing durning the blackout! Sent from my Mobile Zin finder!
Oh great ................ Now we have to deal with all this "Is Joe Flacco an elite QB now ?" talk !!! Ohhh shite, that must mean Fillup has slipped another rung on the ladder. hell, is he even on that ladder anymore ???
YEP, that wont hurt either. Surely the Tour the France could use a man of his obvious talents, couldn't they ??????
