Mods, as in modifications to the original game. Something players create themselves, to add "improvements" to the stock game. To answer your question, there are mods for that kind of "character interaction", but I don't have any of those.
There's even a mod for that...... Fishing in Skyrim The salmon are plentiful, but so are the slaughterfish.
