It was exactly a year ago, when I was practically immobilized with the effed up disc issues after the "Yoga phase" Prior to that was the effed up neck and the torn muscles in the upper trap/lat area, because I wanted to be a Tasmanian devil doing boxing/kickboxing/MMA sheet! The right knee was always a bum knee because of playing soccer many, many moons ago! When I was young and merely a few years older than the young Stanley, I used to think that I was invincible like a 10 story high building with 8 jumbo jet engines attached to my sides! As age creeps up and some days, I can't even get myself together unless I go under the hot shower for at least 10 minutes, I realize that I'm paying the price for being too "zealous" and farg me, I wasn't even an athlete of any sort! Case in point, when I feel farged up at the border of 50 because of improper past training and lack of proper recuperation, then on God would know what kind of a wreck I would have been if I had injected all these chemicals in my arse! I really don't want to be in a wheelchair or on crutches as I get older. Putting a pounding on one's spine is not as much fun as when Father Time catches up. It's great for older farts like us to be in good shape, as it is healthy and actually good for us, but I don't need to drop to 5% bodyfat level to have a chiseled 6-pack. I think Pumpy would agree

OK, better keep moving here..... ONE delivery to go, cruising this morning, could've had this run finished in about 3 hours today .......
