Good article that one BLEW ....... Guys right on the money.

Wish there were more like it, some informative and worthwhile reading for a change is quite a pleasant distraction from most of the rubbish printed today.

Most of Cosell's stuff is pretty worthwhile...... despite being featured in Yahoo's Shutdown Corner blog. ;)

So, we've had to resort to listening too and reading articles written by Dead guys ????

I knew today's journalism was in a bad spot, but not even I realized it was that bad !!!!

Was always a huge "Howard" fan, glad to see him back.

Yeah if they're slam dunks sure. We do have a sheetload of non-starters starting, which would seem to argue for amassing picks, but it would be a stretch to believe the Chargers scouting dept can fill those holes with 2nd-7th round picks.

Yeah, I'm with you there, especially when the kids track it across the carpet.

When my dog was a pup, he walked onto the baseball diamond in the local park--it has just been raked and cleaned, so home plate was a shining beacon. Sure enough, he sauntered right up and left a steamer all over home plate. He was pretty damn proud of that one. Seemed kind of pissed when I bagged it.

    Ohhh Damn !!!

I was just reading on HuffPost last night about his cancer returning !!!!!

Returned in one hell of a hurry if he's dead less than 24 hours later. :whistling:

Used to see him and Siskel on the Telly all the time back when I first lived in the States, can't say I was a great watcher of his stuff though.........

Was no doubt an iconic figure in the USA though ..........

My dog rushed a soccer pitch and stole the ball from a match. Quite funny scene actually because none were brave enough to take it back off him.

So much for that ball eh?

Mine terrorized 2 pond hockey games at once. No one could catch him and he trashed the pucks. Actually pretty lucky he didn't get his claws sliced off by skates. That was his last time on the ice...

Roger was one of the few likable film critics....... that in itself is enough of an accomplishment.

I enjoyed his banter with Gene back in the day. These days, any arsehole with a blog is a film critic. At least, Roger went to film school and wrote a few screenplays.

He couldn't bite it, but he could keep possession by standing over it.

Flipping pucks through the air was fun too, much to the consternation of the people living downstairs.

Sometimes a very fierce and resourceful soul gets trapped inside a very broken and dilapidated body. Sometimes very able bodies have souls only worthy of p*ssing on. Is it all fair? I don't think that The Universe was created on the principles of "fairness"

BTW, why is that Ringo appears when I disappear? We are definitely not the same two bastages ;)

Damn, its only April 5th, and my mind just went to Vincent Brown's broken ankle against Dallas last year - already worrying about exhibition games and injury bugs that won't happen until August. Crap I am a worry wart!

One way to go is up in the next draft! Who knows, 2014 could be another year when the Chargers can perfectly ruin another promising QB's future trajectory ;)

SandyBob makes an appearance I see !!!!!

Lovely to see you again, how are my Tiger-Cats shaping up this year Mate ???

What the farg is this story I see doing the rounds about Auburn Football ????

Wasnt this all known 2 years ago, that they cheated like a Romanian Gypsy squad ???

Why the hell is this news NOW ??????

Chezik and The sCamster were the 2 biggest snake oil salesmen going around, you'd have had to of been blinder than Ray Charles NOT to have known that at the time, yet they still haven't been stripped of that Title.

    Unbelievable !!!!!!
