Hope all is well for you, too.

(and, more than likely, you're probably still shorter than me)

Blew, quick question. If I wanted to switch to an iPhone 5, what should the memory capacity be? I don't plan on doing much with it, except of course call, play music, and the internet. I plan on getting a 16GB in the next month or so, but would it be worth it to go 32GB?

Lets just say, when you get to be my age, several of your needs are somewhat reduced. ;)

    Hmmmm...

@JasonLaCanfora: Chargers close to finalizing a deal for Dwight Freeney. New Chargers GM Tom Telesco was with him in Indy: http://t.co/FoxI1XY7wg

Depends on what kind of apps you plan to use, and how many songs or photos/videos you want to be able to hold on the device.

Sure, but what about your grandkids?

If they're anything like my nephew, you'll hardly see the device when they're around. I've got every many of game installed to keep the bugger quiet. ;)

I just hope they keep Freeney for obvious pass rushing situations, and don't expect him to cover anybody...... because he can't.

My job is to get the grandkids "exposed"' to the technology.... It will be up to their parents to deal with their levels of addiction. :) :)

Yes, signing a LT will be a challenge now..... without cutting someone else.

My sister learned enough from the exposure I gave her kid, to hold off getting an iPad entirely. She's worried he'll become totally addicted....... like he isn't already. :D

Probably similar to Pump's. I'd put more videos and songs on it than apps.

Actually, videos take up the most space. Put a few movies on there, and you'll fill 8GB in no time.

OK, so quite a big day for some News finally !!!!

Initial reation to Freeney signing ??

FARGIN' Rapt !!!! ....... I'll keep it short & sweet, simply put..................he makes our defense better, end of story, more than happy anytime to have a player signed to this team who's "been there, done that", rather than journeyman types who have killed us over the years ( I wont bother naming them, its too depressing)

Yes, he's past his best, but his game still outrates the likes of what a TOG or Barnes bought too the table and dont worry about the fact he hasn't played that much in "this type of defense" ....................great players are able to adapt, thats what makes them "great" to begin with.....................very excited to see him in a Charger jersey.

Now, I see there are varying arguments regarding Manti and the fact he is attending party's ........................fine line this one.

Seen Lancelot's stance and he seems to be in the minority ..........................for what its worth Lancelot, I'm with you 100%.

The Coaches need to be all over this kid like stink on :poop:, simply because he's displayed a tendency to be lacking in the "mental competentcy" area.

Why the farg he would want (or be allowed) to show up at anything that somehow keeps alive the story of his "fake girlfriend", is totally beyond me.......................OK, so many think he is showing a sense of humour about it !!!!!......really.

Wouldn't it be smarter to be totally ignoring it and moving on in life and acting like a professional ?........................maybe I'm just to fargin'old to get what life is all about these days !

I see it as a guy who "just doesn't get it" .................... and a liking for the limelight (where have I seen that before ?????).

This guy needs to be concerntrating on one thing and ONE THING only ...................... living up to being a professional footballer, end of story.
The simple fact that anything he does away from the field is going to covered in the Press like few others, should be enough of a red flag for the guy to understand he needs to strictly limit his off-field cirriculum to visits to Childrens Hospitals or anything that paints him in a good light.

Lay low for a year, assert yourself as a decent Pro first up, the nightclubs and partying aren't going away anytime soon, they'll be still available once he has his ducks in a row if thats what he truly desires.

Jury's still out and will be for quite some time on this kid......................... but my gut feeling tells me it's NOT going to be all "plain sailing" !!!!! :whistling:

As usual, Jack overreacts to the smallest of things........ one party? BFD.

The kid isn't turning into Gronk, for goodness sake.

Way I see it BLEW is that they are resigned to the fact that there just isn't anyone available and that between Dunlap and Harris rotating, they are simply hoping for a miracle or that one of these guys has a breakout season.

Fingers crossed at best situation I do believe.

Call it what you may BLEW, but the simple enormity of the guys past indiscretions is worth noting in this guys case I do believe.

Sweep it under the carpet all you like, as you and others have done in the past for the likes of ScareCro, Fairyman, TOG, VJ and so forth, character issues HAVE and in more instances than NOT, will always come back to haunt you in this day of 24 hr social media, nothing is sacred or goes unnoticed, time shall tell. ;)

I would've thought a smart man like yourself would have learnt that todays players aren't worth sticking your own neck out for ???? (p.s you seem to have done this with Ryno at least)

How many times do you need to be burnt before deciding to turn the other cheek ??? :D

In Te'o's case, I think it's unwarranted concern. There's never been any question regarding his commitment to football. If the guy goes to one Maxim "Hot 100" party (that he was invited to), I hardly see it as a problem.

Are you telling me that back in the day, that you'd turn down an invite like that?

Now, this is something to be worried about.......
