Yup, that pretty much sums me up but it wasn't just the gentle flow Yoga, but these crazysh*t power/ashtanga/plyo type of yoga, way over done!
You remind me of an old friend of mine...... he took yoga to relax from job stress, and became a Bikram instructor as a result. Type A personality if there ever was one.
She's my favorite actor......a class act, can do it all, plus she's your classic Hollywood gorgeous girl who kicks ***. I would've liked to be her when I grew up, except she's way younger than me, LOL. She also stuck her neck out when she was treated for bipolar disorder last year and really brought it out of the closet. That made it easier for me to admit I had a similar problem and get help for it when the hit the fan for me last winter. I figured if someone as 'together' as she appears to be can face it publicly and not be afraid to be labeled 'crazy', I could do it too.
A classic beauty to be sure. It takes guts to come out publicly, especially when your in that line of work.
