Yep, exactly right BLEW, you know how I feel about those that talk the talk and NEVER walk the walk. Last year I cracked up my therapist with a simple response to her statement to let her know when to back off as she continued to increase the level on the electro-stim hooked up to my back.. "When you smell bacon..." Unfortunately, such treatments seemed to only last for about 3 hours before the knotting and spasms around T-6 through 8 would start again.
My personal "cocktail" for Chargers REAL games includes either Tums or Rolaids and assuring BP meds were taken at least 2 hours prior to game-time.. (I don't get that excited during exhibition games until I hear a prospective starter has been injured).
