For those of you that did not make it, I have to say that the game today was the greatest fan experience in my life. Never before have I seen Charger fans represent the way they did in SF. It was crazy. Thousands of hardcore Bolt fans took over Monster Park. The area where we tailgated was all Chargers fans, and I don't mean 50 or 60. There were hundreds surrounding us. As for the game itself, it's hard to find fault with too much. We went out there and just dominated the Niners. For those that think there's something wrong with LT, think again. He was amazing, his cutting and acceleration are every bit as good as they've ever been. By the time the game was over, only the Bolt fans remained, between 15 and 20k of them. We made so much noise from our upper deck end zone seats that before the kickoff after the Bolts' final score, Cooper and Polk looked up at our section and waved their hands up and down, inviting us to scream even louder. It was awesome. Most of the Niner fans just kept quiet because they knew they were in for a long day. When they did "make some noise," it never got anywhere near as loud as the Q. Pretty weak showing from the Niner faithful if you ask me. Oh, and their stadium sucks, easily the worst in the NFL. Small cramped bathrooms, bad sightlines for football from many seats and the smallest "jumbotron" you've ever seen. We were sitting on the other side of the stadium from it, and you literally needed binoculars to see a replay. They don't even have a scoreboard where they can display stats or scores from other games. To wrap up--great food, great camraderie, great game. Unlike anything I've ever experienced. It goes beyond words.
