    I admit that I lost hope in the 1st half and said the game was over. But I was saying that in pure anger and frustration. But I never turned the tube off and still and this team showed the heart that I thought they were lacking at the start.

      I gave up for about 2 plays in the 2nd quarter, but that was just emotion. One of the ugliest games defensively I've ever seen, but a win is a win. Props to the D for playing much better in the 2nd half. Props to Philip for making things happen and slinging it all over the field, and major props to LT for doing it all--running, receiving, pass blocking.

      Wow, talk about an amazing victory. I think the Bungles might be done after this one. :icon_rofl:

      BTW, what was up with Dierdorf riding McCree's jock so hard for that hit. Yeah it was early, but just a bit. And it wasn't helmet to helmet. McCree made primary contact with his shoulder to TJ's shoulder. Their helmets might have smacked together, but McCree did not "launch himself into a helmet to helmet hit." I don't dispute the penalty, but the guy was just trying to make a play.
