Damn, nice to see a win, but the way this team goes about winning is just strange to watch. Such a finesse bunch now....
What a great way to start a Sunday huh? :yes: A convincing win - would have liked to see LT get his TD but once they knew we were running no punching it in for us. Oline did well but still needs work - loved watching Timmy tear it up out there - if Burnett is nicked, let Timmy handle it for now imo. Think this is a good win for the team not just for our record but b/c lots of things went right today. Eventho KC isn't a contender (yet, still building) after all the struggling and negativity surrounding the season it must help to be reminded of how it feels for things to go right. Physically I believe we have the horses to succeed but the mental part of the game was out of whack. Saw some good things out of KC too - they're headed in the right direction but really beat up right now. Cassel is the real deal and VERY mobile. It's gonna get fun in the next few years in the AFCW that's for sure :yes:
This game and the next one give us a chance to school Vasquez on the complexities of playing the Oline against teams that are not a major threat.
i think the tough early schedule threw us out of sync. this is the confidence game we needed, so hopefully this will get the ball going. we have oakland, oughta be a good game. WE RUN THIS STATE!! BEAT THE RAIDERS!!!
Okay the next win is a must 7 players were injured in the first game Rivers ans Norv have to take us to 4-3 !
I have to say I also enjoy Dan Fouts doing our games. I like Dick Enberg too. I think they make a good team.
It's really refreshing to hear two guys who don't lose their minds over every play and having Fouts there to break down plays on game film for both sides of the ball is fantastic. No homerism for either side of the ball - and they educate the audience about what they are seeing. Love love love it!

Hester is our next Osgood - Tolbert is the FB. CC is on his way out - thanks for the help when we needed it. It's Legedu's time - where the hell was he today?
