Phillip Rivers is not a very good quarterback. What happened to him...he is average at best...reminds me of Cutler.
This is the last San Diego Turds game I will watch until the Greeks sell the team and the new owners dump Nervous Norv and the turdy GM....
The D is not as good as I hoped. The O is just terrible. No consistency. I am ready to give up on this team altogether.
The character of our team showed up tonight. It is a reflection of the management and owners. I can't respect a team that is so unpredictable...my guess is luck benefits us more than talent.
River's threw this game away but Royal and Meachem don't appear like good fits in this offense, on the deep ball to Meach I never seen him look back and royal just doesn't seem like he knows WTF is going on. The defense taking the second half off didn't help either but River's just flat out sucked in this stinker!!!
Beating the Raiders in week 17 last year set up this season for what it'd be. Norv was given yet another chance, and we wasted another season.
I know it's only 1 game, but damn this hurts to the point a want to trash all my Charger stuff including my season tickets. ( I won't cause I love them though. )
That's the only positive one can take from this... and even that's a total bummer. New coaches, new GM, rebuilding time... going to be hard to be a Charger fan for awhile.
That's what we were saying last year. Then we won a meaningless game and ownership (and fans like Conc and Lance) buried their head in the sand again and blamed it on injuries. You hire hire a loser, you get losers.
