Jets stadium was cleared out a few minutes ago due to LIGHTNING per ESPN and a LIVE shot !! An OMEN ?
Wow....ESPN just did a jump analysis on Ryan. He has a vertical that was as high as Walter Payton legendary jump. Cool skit showing Ryan doing a hurdle in full gear. He cleared 5'8" with maybe 3 inches to spare before he hit the bar. Impressive.
Let's go bolts, pound these clowns and get off to a fast start. I have to race across Oakland to get home in time for kickoff. I hate the bay bridge!
I really did not think Dean would let McNeill sit without getting something ironed out by now. Rivers is $98 million worth of meat to protect and the franchise. Quick draws and quick passes tonight. If you see Rivers in 7 step drops, PRAY. Even if you do not believe in god - pray.
Jets-Ravens will be delayed "at least" 30 minutes Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on September 13, 2010 6:18 PM ET The first regular season game at Jets Stadium will have to wait a little longer. Ravens-Jets has been delayed "at least" 30 minutes because of thunder and lightning in the New York/New Jersey area. (It's 6:15 and is about pitch black outside my window.) It's unclear if this could affect the timing of Chargers-Chiefs, the second game of ESPN's doubleheader. (Which already has a very late local start time.) UPDATE: Chris Mortensen says the Chargers-Chiefs will start on time and probably be joined in progress. For now, the stands have been cleared at New Meadowlands Stadium and there will be another weather update in 20 minutes. Time to go eat a goddamn snack!
We need alternate internet links because we will miss the kickoff.....****......**** ...**** .......****
Finally almost game time I hope the dealy doesnt mess with our coverage of the game here in our time zone.
How much you wanna bet right now the Ravens/Jest game gets delayed INTO ours? Hmm? How much??? I hate you ESPN.
From Chargers fb page: This is what we know at this point. Start of the Ravens-Jets game has been delayed 30 minutes because of thunderstorms in NYC. The Chiefs-Chargers will be shown on ESPN2, on time @ 7:15 PT before moving to ESPN when Jets-Ravens finish. If you live in San Diego NO CHANGE⦠you can watch the game on on CBS 8. Coverage starts at 6:30 pm.
If this game is delayed I'll be bummed out for sure. A 10:15 start is bad enough but to cut into for the Jet's?????? that just plain *** sucks.
I should have just stayed at my shop and finished up some work I have hanging over my head. Just couldn't get the Bolt's off my mind though.
BoltTalk fans! Be sure to tune into the podcast this Thursday, you will enjoy the show and it is the first post game show of the season!
Can anyone tell me how long the Jets game was delayed for? I'm in American Samoa and I have to go to McDonald's to watch the game. I'll only get to see the part of it that's on Espn, since they don't have ESPN2.
