That last comment is all the proof I need as to why Gruden is just a clueless gladhander. His bit about TO differential was just jargon, nothing more, spun to make him sound like he had something of substance to say without addressing that the TO differential is heavily skewed due largely to Rivers' 2 INT/gm average for the first half of the season and the fact that our D generates next to nothing in terms of turnovers to offset that amount.

Interesting observation was just made over on my forum... even though these guys we have playing aren't nearly as touted or in the cases of guys like Baxter and Moll as technically-sound as some of our normal starters - the fact that they came off the street may be helping us (at least against a mediocre pass-rush like Jacksonville's, I'm not reading too much into this on purpose) because they're actually hungrier and more driven than starts like Vasquez or Clary or even McNeill have shown of late. The playcalling (and actually using the screen as something more than just a bail-out option or actually implementing intermediate routes) is helping a lot. This line against the Raiders though, and especially the Ravens, is going to get Philip lit up like a Christmas tree though (ironically enough... just in time for the season).

Well we looked good.. but the Cahrgers D and Manusky can make a terrible rookie QB like Gabbert look like an All-Pro

We only play defense for one half. Maybe we'll luck out and that half will be the 2nd half for once this season.

They just showed the Jags offensive production this year...

    32nd in YPG
    32nd in PPG

But hey, at least we're "getting after it" this year like Manusky said.

San Diego D, they can make any scrub QB look like a HOF player.

The worst QB in the NFL just picked us apart.

Thank you Greg Manusky, you'll be coaching in the CFL next week.

I know they won't do it, but once we're mathematically eliminated I would start Volek for the rest of the season.

RT @chargersprguy: Another injury ... LB Butler going into locker room with foot injury. Questionable to return.

    chargers San Diego Chargers

Donald Butler (foot) and Nick Hardwick (neck) both are questionable to return. Butler has gone to the locker room. Hardwick on sideline.

If we don't have the stupidest and worst coached defense in the NFL then I don't know who does.. Patriots D is better than us.. and there starting receivers at Corner and Safety! Its all about coaching fellas..

Josh just said the Chargers took this time-out cause they "just needed a breather". What as joke. Why not just wait for the TD?
