    I don't think so.. if we go 9-7 and no playoffs two straight seasons Dean won't be happy..

    He loses out on SO much MONEY by not having at least one home playoff game..

    Whelp....I'm dissapointed we have little or no chance to draft in the top 10.

    But if we're gonna win at least we do it convincingly. Its the first time THIS ENTIRE SEASON I've actually enjoyed watching a Charger game.

    I'm talking about playing UP. Like to a good team. The kind of thing Jeff Fisher's Titans did every year even when they didn't have talent, they would challenge good teams.

    I good head coach needs to be a good judge of Coaching talent as well as player talent. He needs to surround himself with the best coaches and bring all that knowledge together and blend it with the best the players can give.

    Jeff fischer isn't my choice for Chargers head coach, but he knows how to surround himself with people more talented then himself
