What I cannot get over is that Plax scored 2 identical TDs on him. Easy swot out of the way with left arm, Cason left chasing shadows. How does a starting corner in the NFL allow themselves to be beaten in the exact same way so badly in same game?.

I agree. Could be major changes in Chargerville before things get outta hand.

Well, Plax had size on him and basically beat him off the snap. He justed posted up and bam TD. Cason looked like a poor rag doll trying to cover him.

Good teams don't give up 11 point leads and go scoreless in an entire half of football. Chargers have themselves to blame for that loss. You can make all the excuses you want, but it doesn't make them true

Funny how most of you don't see that this was one of the most one-sided called games in recent history. We were in an uphill battle from the moment the first offsides flag was tossed. We had to be absolutely perfect in gaining a 21-10 half time lead. but even with that, you all should have known that the refs were going to do whatever it takes to keep the Jets in the game.

Yes it was one sided with penalties, there were some horrendous calls (luckily I had to go before the last one everyone is talking about or else i'd be raging a lot more right now), but the Chargers are still a joke

No excuses should be allowed. This team flat out blew the game in the second half. Real championship caliber teams don't let what has happened to this team against 2 good teams happen. They were in both the Pats, and Jets game and collapsed in both. This team is weak. It can't finish games. They buckle under pressure. This song has repeated itself every season since Norv has been head coach. The team has NO toughness. They get smacked in the face and they run home crying.

Yes it was v one sided Ray I agree but it doesn't disguise / cover up for alot of our troubles. Not alot we can do about dickey officiating we need to focus on what we can fix.

I really don't see us having a prayer against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. I hope i'm wrong, but after today I just don't feel it's possible.

Hope so... someone needs to light a fire before it is too late. We are still 4 and 2 and the Raiders are losing to KC FFS.

I'm sorry to say, I just don't see anything changing. It will be more excuses, but no results. This team will fix nothing with the management it has now. Norv doesn't know how to adjust. His game planning and preperation are terrible. Fix something? Not likely. But as I said I hope i'm wrong and a miracle happens, and this team does fix something. This team always acts like it has a concussion after it loses. The whole thing is blanked out.

I did see the game. The Chargers gave another win to another AFC East team. Nothing new here.

I'm sorry - did we lose this game. Yup. That final 2 minute drive was... god there are no f'ing words for that clusterfuck.

But we sure as hell had help.

The officiating today kept the Jets on the field in key moments. EVERY SINGLE DRIVE FOR POINTS was aided by bullshit call after bullshit call. Our defense would do their job only to get screwed over. Cason on Plax didn't help and our offense was **** in the 2nd half, but that doesn't excuse the refs from what they did today. Why is it so bad to call them out on flat out screwing over one team over another? IT'S NOT RIGHT. Our defense made plenty of plays today that would have ended Jets drives only to have the refs hand the Jets extra opportunities.

    **** YOU RON WINTERS - **** YOU **** YOU **** YOU!

It's one thing for our boys to play poorly, there is plenty to talk about in that regard. That's football - I can swallow that bitter pill and move on. What pisses me off more than anything, it that even with those issues, we still had a chance to win. False starts called as offsides, phantom PI calls and even worse the non-PI calls, non-stop offensive holding that went completely ignored. Hard enough to play against one team, let alone two.

How ******* hard is it to call a FAIR GAME????

I know it has been said over and over again, but if this team loves Norv like they claim they do, why don't they play better for him? The talent is there, the game plan and heart is not

    sad.. really sad..

After they threw that back shoulder touchdown to Plax you have to double cover him inside the 10 cause you know for sure Sanchez is going for that..

The fact we were up 21-10.. and didn't score ANY points in the second half was truly hard to watch.. We once again came out like we did against Denver and layed down.. We did it again.. the play calling in the second was typical and the execution was pathetic.. Rivers is garbage this year people have figured him out.. Our receivers don't get open either but still the throws he is making is just plain stupid.. we just really got outplayed by the Jets.. Kudos to Rex and them..

Malcom Floyd.. this guys a great receiver but I just can't stand him any more, his body is so brittle and he gets worn down throughout games and ends up hurt.. we need another dynamic receiver other than VJ..

Cason.. I believe in the kid.. Plax is a hard guy to cover but he has to get his head out of his ***..

Were not a good team.. I won't expect much from us this year to be honest.. if we win the division great.. awesome but I'm not expecting much..

Our game there next Monday Night will be for 1st place in the AFC West - with the Raiders losing today we have it, but will share it with the Chiefs if they beat us. Who would’ve thunk it after Kansas City lost their first 3 games?

    Okay, today really sucked.

The evidence after 6 games is that the Chargers are just
an average to slightly-better-than average team this year.

But it's a little early to go hurling yourselves off bridges:

I'd much rather be 4-2, licking my wounds after losing by six,
to a decent team, on the road, after leading most of the game,
than being blown out by 28, at home, against a team that started 0-3.

Let's just hope that--like previous Norv teams--the club plays
much, much better football in November & December.
