this is an interesting game for me to watch, born and raised in Detroit and would love to see them in the playoffs. But Chargers are my team. On the other hand- and I hate to say this- but losing today and getting Norv fired wouldn't make me too upset either. So when today's over:

Of course not, I would not suggest he would. But I doubt he would come out and say that if he did not mean it (He I think would simply not say anything). The fact that he means it means a lot to me. I cant ignore that as I am not there day in and day out. Norv gets blamed for more than is really his burden.

That said, he has plenty of blame to carry that is all his own. I cant think of a single way I am happy about keeping Manusky, Norv, Shelmon or most the staff and AJ.
