And what's scary is we played some truly inept offenses this season and still managed to achieve that.

LOL at the AFC West have u ever seen as bad a division in all of football. The Chiefs don't have all those guys go down and they win the division. Whatever about Norv (who is gone anyway) if I'm a Raider fan Hue Jackson would not do it for me. Seems out matched ala Norv tbh.

Don't forget how many times our offense came out completely unprepared.
How we looked like a dear in headlights in the 2 minute drill all year long.
How predictable we were on offense for most of the season.
How with everything on the line last week, we went into Detroit and scored 14pts against the same team that allowed Matt Flynn to throw for nearly 500yds and 6TDs today.


It took utter desperation for Norv to make offensive adjustments, it wasn't something he did instinctively. And it took 3 *** kickings from the Raiders before he realized.....maybe I should call less 7 step drops agains a team rushing 6+ guys on every play.

Norv is a moron, it should never have come to this point.

162 all time penalty record. Cmon Oak you can get 165 set the bar really high before they take away 16 game seasons.

Announcers got it right look at the shine on that 17 jersey. The patchwork Oline has been doin fantastic job in pass pro.

That's a big reason why we didn't make the playoffs this year. Novak missed game winning FG's. Fire is ***.
