And the BLEW Boy is back with avengence it seems................ lovely work as usual. If Norf can't get us past an 0 and 4 Saints team, thats all but out for the count, maybe its time he underwent a brain op ot two ? The next chapter is about to be written in Charger folklore I do believe ..................... its about time this team of ours put the finishing touches on a team thats under the pump for the first time in years and is primed for the picking .......... Get it Done Chargers.
As Young Frankenstein is one of my all time favorites, I have to say, this might just be my favorite one you have ever done! Great work Blue!
I second that. Great movie, great photoshop as always. I'm ready for Ingram to knock that mole of of Brees' face. This should be a fun game, and I fully expect Rivers to outduel Brees in this one. The game will be on at 4:20am local time here in Mauritius but I will be up and online watching it. Go Bolts.
GO Chargers! Unfortunatly, I wont be online come gametime. Well im sure some feel fortunate at that news.
I make a Heavy Lasagna. And its never a bad time to eat Lasagna!!! All the time I was a kid too and I thougt Garfield is a fool, pizza is better.
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/nfl-rapidreports/20465758/chargers-game-preview-week-5-vs-saints- My favoirite and funniest part: Key matchups: The Chargers O-line vs. the Saints D-line. Packers QB Aaron Rodgers was sacked 16 times through the first three weeks of the season, but the Saints didn't sack him last week. If the Chargers O-line can hold the Saints D-line off, then Rivers will have time to be smart with the ball. This will enable the offense to go on long drives which will keep the ball out of Brees' hands. “We don't want the [Saints] offense to get back on the field,” LT Jared Gaither said. “We have to ground-and-pound. Do everything efficiently. It plays a big role when you can demoralize those other guys a little bit, keeping them on the sidelines watching us work.” Looking ahead: A win would match the Chargers' 4-1 start of a year ago before they lost six straight. Next week, the Chargers host the Broncos (2-2) for Monday Night Football, before going into the bye week. Prediction: Saints 20, Chargers 19 Granted this is about all I read and then saw the prediction. LOL I was starting to think we Shut out NO as best as a team can.
Need early entertainment? Cant wait for the Bolts to throttle the Saints? Well I have a cure for you. Tune in to the KC debacle game or jus check out chiefsplanet. LOL they are all over this banner fly plan they launched and seems to be this morning they are more on board with it. Was hearing yesterday that sme KC fans were split so much on this topic that its interfering with their friendship as fanmates. Im try to get the latest pic they got of Cassel lookin at the Banner overhead during warmups. Im in the small crowd of GO Cassell keep your job! fans.
A lot of the Fantasy shows are saying to start Mathews, Gates, Floyd, and Rivers. Basically the whole Chargers O... Mathews I agree. We need to see how the Chargers come out with Battle and Mathews. I think we should start Mathews; the reason being that Mathews speed and shake n bake ability will work best with the gaps in the Saints D. We need to roll Battle in when the Saints D starts to cheat up. There is a lot of wishy washy talk about Rivers. Some of the fantasy talking heads are very concerned with Rivers being off of his game the last two seasons. I get it, I see Rivers throwing more passes off his back foot, but uite often that is when he is having to move to avoid the rush.
A lot of Chiefs fans want CasTLE riding the pine. I cant blame them, changes need to happen on that team. They remind me of the 1-15 Chargers... Though arguably they have more talent than our dark years teams had.
What if the NO coaches that were invited for this game were somehow mic'd up, so that it would seem like they were commenting to each other on the game, while they were really transmitting information to the bench below? From their vantage point in the stands, they could gain an advantage for seeing the field. Yeah, I'm sure no one else would be that devious. Well, maybe a certain team from the New England area... Something else that wouldn't surprise me, just wondering if anyone else thought about this...
Well, as Norv said, the "starter" is largely symbolic. But I agree that Mathews should see more touches on the fast turf. I expect that we are going to pound the rock at the Saints D, so both Mathews and Battle should see 20+ carries. As for Rivers throwing more off his back foot, through the first three weeks of this season, he was pressured more than any QB in the league. That will cause you to throw off your back foot. It got better last week with the return of Gaither. Do people forget how good Rivers was for the last 5 games of last season when Gaither was starting and Rivers had time? He was lighting up everybody, including the might Ravens defense.
