    Rivers should not be running for his life tonight...Mathews will be (if you listen to some of the folks on this board). If the Chargers can sustain drives and score TD's instead of field goals, the defense should be able to take care of the rest.
    Chargers in a squeaker in New Orleans. Wouldn't it be funny if our defense could hold Brees without a TD pass?

    Would love it, but not gonna happen, Brees will throw it 4 times inside the 1 yard line if he has to...and if we get a PI he'll throw it 4 more times. The only thing that dude cares about these days are his passing records.

    I heard Battle will start. Doesnt seem to matter we probably will be doing the usual RB rotation on ever other play. We prob wont see the same RB rush more than 5 times in a row.

    But man I'm tired of hearing how the team should've kept brees, how the Chargers made a mistake, how he's the better QB etc etc. The haters are going to hate regardless, but Rivers winning will shut some of them up at least. I like Brees and I got no hate against him but I just don't wanna hear that garbage anymore. Put them at 0-5!
