He' doesnt have to grab his ankles for them either. His working of Dielman and McNeil's contracts are the only reason we were able to sign anybody this offseason, otherwise it'd be more dead money against the cap, and you'd be bitching about how he hands huge contracts to injured players.

And I love how its AJ's fault that Meachem and Royal are underachieving, as if neither guy has had any success before they came here. The problem (as I said it would be the day we signed Royal) is Norv Turner can't make heads or tails of a WR who is not 6'5 and running 20 yards down field.

Matty, stop for a moment and try to consider that someone is not trying to fight with you if you can.

I have NEVER said he needs to grab ankle. That is just a straw man argument from you.

He needs to make the players want to be here, show them the team needs them. That does not mean he signs everyone, or even keeps all those free agents. But if he publicly turns every contract dispute into a pissing match it impacts more that one player, other players start to take sides. IF you cant see that, it is on you.
