I checked the rule book. It does fit, the rules dont say a puch has to be thrown, just that the referee must see the whole issue, and that it must be flagrant. So it is within the rules, but it does sit as extreemly heavy handed to say the least.

Norv and Rex together again... Maybe Rexy can tell Norv about how many Superbowls that he would have talked his way to winning.

Is it me or does it seem like the Chargers should have more points? The Raiders have had flashes but just are not playing well in any facet of the game. I think their QB could be good with a good OL and experience...

I think it's right about where it should be. Raider O has not done much.

Don't need running into kicker penalties though...

Dean: Wow the team is looking pretty good today son. Beating up on the Raiders always makes me smile.
Johnny: Yeah pops. They're playing real well. Too bad they didn't have this fire earlier in the season. Norv's really got the boys doing a great job out there.
Dean: So sonny, what's going to be your first move as VP of football?
Johnny: Well dad, I was thinking Norv's got the boys playing really well. Winning today will have been 3 of 4 wins and a 7-9 record. Heck pops we just missed the playoffs... and we're kicking the Raiders ***. Take that Al Davis!
Dean: Yeah f-u big Al. I always hated his guts.
Johnny: So Norv really put together a big win streak . I mean look at the stadium... it's a sellout!
Dean: So what are you trying to tell me son?
Johnny: I want to keep Norv and AJ another season. They're doing it man... and making me proud!

No, but he still needs a lot of work. He's not looking off his receivers at all. If we actually had tape on him to have prior knowledge of this, even with our corners and Lynch out there we could still be making him look A LOT worse.

Pryor has wheels, and on the wet turf, that can be an advantage on a misdirection play like that TD run.

me too, more than I hate the Raiders. But that is for 2 reason, one is that I live in the lions den. and #2 is the Raiders have been totally irrelevant for a decade
