    AJ is sitting in a huge pile of ****. I do not question the talent of "his guys", I question their character. This is a team that needs to be prodded and they have no inspiration to succeed. Marty made football a religious experience for these guys and Norv just keeps his mouth shut and goes about his business. I hope Dean was just told he has 1 year to live by a doctor and he fires AJ and Norv and brings in Morty to coach beginning week 5 :yes:
