    At the moment it's not my hand that's rising. My only disappointment was how long it took the decaying LT to score two touchdowns and gain a hundred yards. The guy's just not what he used to be.

    That first half was really bad.

    At what point does he know he is hurting the team.

    Who on the offense looked good in the first half? LT had what, five carries? I think that Rivers is hurting the team and should sit, so should Hardwick and Goff who both played horrible first halves. Gates couldn't get open, and neither could those wide receivers. Sproles did absolutely nothing as well, hell, he fell down on that screen play in the fourth quarters.

    SAN DIEGO SUPAH CHAHHHH-GERS!!!!!!!!
    :bolt::bolt::bolt::bolt::bolt:

    Even though we played the first half as though we'd left our heads in the hotel room, we certainly came to play in the second half---all we needed was one big play, and then we never looked back. LT looks better (thank God), Rivers is probably going to be one of the greatest QBs who ever threw a football, and the D played the most aggressive game yet this season. I'm VERY happy!!!! :tup::abq1::icon_toast:

    for real.

    i can't wait until LT is 100% and the doubters shut the **** up! He's still an asset to this team and is heads and shoulders above most RB's in the league. Heaven forbid he not be the driving force behind the offense while he's injured - he has done so much and overcome so many other injuries that most people don't even know about and he is still producing.

    even when he does lose a step i'd rather have him in my backfield - hurting the team? you're ****ing delusional. the o-line was hurting the team in the first half. not LT.

    that said - GO BOLTS! we got the W, time to keep rollin' :abq2:

    I said in the first half "we are in danger of losing" because we were.

    But I would never say we're going to lose!!!

    I agree...the first half was a team effort! The second half was a team effort too! Special teams even played well.

    Anyone else watch "The Wall" beasting it up out there today? The guy was a monster, and the key reason why we shut down their running game. You also have to give huge props to Cottrell for blitzing Oakland at the end of the game.

    While some of us have been morning the loss of LT's career, I feel we should also extend condolences to the moribund career of Larry Johnson, another one who has managed to slip over to the wrong side of the hill. 198 yards is, indeed, a poor showing for such a storied back.
