The pass rush is there. Castillo, Olshansky, Williams, Philips, and Merriman Foley and all doing a good job getting pressure. The problem continues to be with our DB's. No one can make a play of intercept a pass. Jammer needs to look at the QB more so that he can close and make a play on the ball. Yeah he may get burned but at least he's playing the ball instead on the receivers. Florence is our best cover corner, but he's not all that great and Davis just sucks. Jue and Kiel are our safties yet they are never in position to help our corners. No one was in the middle of the field when Pittsburghs TE caught that 4th quarter TD pass. Some thing needs to be done. Fire the DB coach. Play more man and forget the cover 2.
Our secondary coach needs to be fired and the whole secondary needs to be released! Ok I know we can't do that. But since Fonoti is now on the market, maybe we can get a better safety or cover corner to help out.
Our secondary has improved. They play well at times. Jammer may be a bust, but Davis definately is. We need some consitancy.
