Put simply, no matter what you think you have, you dont have it, so get used to dissapointment.
Hey Meltdown Matilack is back!
I dunno what he posted cuz I've had'im on ignore for quite awhile, but I know two things for certain;
1. It was negative.
2. He couldn't wait to post it.
I swear it is God punishing us for living in a city like San Diego. He has to throw areas like New England and New York championships because it sucks so bad to live there.
What am I wrong or something?
Yes you are wrong.
Or you are stupid.
Which is it meltdown?
Do you follow bad teams?
Jesus Jr. Grow a set and support something for once.
Still waitin for you to prove it.
What glory has ever come to a San Diego sports fan?
Go back to Oakland Jr.
If you cant look at the rich sports history and find something to be proud of, then you are stupid.
Tell you what, why not go find some other team to piss and moan over, because you don't know how to root for, or support a team.
Still waiting..................................... :icon_shrug:
Oh you got nothing? Maybe you should think twice before you open your trap next time.
You are an idiot, aren't you?
You cant find anything to be happy about in the history of all of Sn Diego's sports?
Not LT's record breaking season?
Not Lt's MVP season?
Not Merrimans DROY Season?
Not the Superbowl season?
Hell that is just a few without thinking. If you cant find something then that is your issue. The fact that you cant support the teams you claim to like, and further say that they bring their fans only disappointment put you in a very special category.
Next time before you want to get uppity Meltdown, maybe you should think twice before opening your trap.
Now, go back to Oakland.
Blah blah blah......
Everything you mentioned has ended in dissapointment in some major way, and its led to how many rings?
I'm talking about any sport, not just football.
In other words you have nothing to respond with because I am correct.
Ok, so go find some other team. Please, really, leave.
I did respond.
I said its all ended in dissapointment. And it has.
LT's MVP = No ring.
LT's Records = No ring.
Merriman's DROY= No ring.
Superbowl season 93' = No ring.
So if thats satisfies you........then thats why SD fans get so much hack for not being intense about their teams.
Lack of depth of thought.
If alls you want is rings. Go find a team that has them.
If you can not take pride in the great accomplishments of San Diego teams, because they don't have a ring that is your problem.
So go join the Pats, Raiders or some other team with your bling. Good luck with that.
Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades; but I am proud of the pads, be it in vain what a great season, **** happens, we don't buy championships here in southern Cali so oh well, so when we earn one it will be even sweeter!
This is Dago, love it or leave it. Good things come to those who wait so grow a set, MAN UP, Or Move on and get fitted for a ****ing Yanks cap.You little whinny ho, deal with it better than the dodgers is a win in my book. How do all their purchases work out?
Some chumps say they are "San Diego sports fans":, but they are really all about the gratification.... you want instant gratification take a $20 to el cajon blvd....
Gonzales, Green, Peavy, Black, Cameron and the rest of the squad left all out there so they do reinforce what it means to be an SD fan, you just don't know because your not one, your the HO waiting for the $20....
We fall down... so, we get up and keep fighting the fight.
Avenge your mates BOLTS...
Stay classy San Diego.
:clap: BRAVO! :clap:
You both got me wrong.
I'm not saying I dont love my Padres and Chargers, I figured given how fired up I am about it that much was obvious.
I'm just saying no matter how hard they try, or how far they go, it always ends with me slamming my remote against the floor in disgust. And you know what? I'm sick of spending money on new remotes.
Then stop throwing the freaking remote and get a fuking nerf ball too throw.
My dogs chew Nerf products.
It should have never even gotten to the one-game playoff to decide it.
If the Padres hadn't collapsed the last 10 days, they'd be the NL West division champs for the 3rd year in a row. Arizona gave them every opportunity to win the division as they faltered just as much.
Since Sep 21:
Padres -> 4-6
Rockies -> 8-1
DiamondBacks -> 4-5
Dodgers -> 3-6
Pads lost 3 in a row versus the Rockies here in San Diego and went 1-5 against the Rockies in the month of September. Colorado deserved the postseason more.
When we lost to Wells up in LA, it was at that point where I knew we didnt deserve it. Hell we couldnt beat a pitcher whom we just released.
Agreed, we made our bed we gotta sleep in it. The Rockies have been on fire, it was ours to lose and well we did a great job of that, Trevor can be blamed for showing this team for what it really was, not ready to win the division, or a championship. Oh well, I like the direction Black is leading us, a few big hitters away from getting in the dance...
San Diego Sockers???

Look under enough rocks and you can justify pretty much any opinion you want... So the question is, what kind of attitude do you want to live with? You can be strong and positive and stay encouraged even when things look bleak, or you can cry yourself to sleep worrying about Jake Plummer's feelings.
:clap: Great post! :clap:
The Chargers in 1963, kicked the Boston Patriots butt's 51 - 10, to take the AFL Title. They then proceeded to challenge the Bears who had just won the NFL Title. The Bears declined.
The idea for the Super Bowl had been born. In 1967 they played the first Super Bowl.
So you can answer the question
Separate names with a comma.
