For me it's not a sensitive issue, I just don't want to jump the gun, I agree with many, but feel like waiting till the seasons over to do anything of the sort.

Yup... shyness is a BIG part of my personality. Anyway... I am not nomorenorv. I don't think that you and CBF even believe it. Otherwise, there would be no need to explain you're a moderator. If this is Allan he's taking seperate stances on this matter with the two accounts. B4L agreed with me in another thread that it'd be unwise to fire Norv mid season.
Yup. If it's necessary to sacrifice this season to bring in a HC that can get us to the Super Bowl and win it... so be it.
Are you agreeing with me or disagreeing with me here? Any rate, I think it'd be dumb to fire him midseason. There is not a coach available now that won't be available in the offseason....when the pool of replacements grows larger. If they fired him now they're not going to suddenly get that replacement. Someone else on staff would take over as an interim (probably Ron Rivera) and they'd make a new search in the offseason anyways.
