Man, you are an intellectual titan. Thank you for edumacatin' us commoners with your extensive knowledge. I think most people know what a sphincter muscle is, and just about everyone but you understood that he was referring to Peyton having his head up his own ***. Face meet palm.
The point Acee is making, and I think it's a fair one, is that Peyton has never given the Bolts any respect. Each time he talks to the SD media, he says, "it's a different team and a different game." Then he goes out and throws 3+ picks against us. Again. It would be nice if, at least once, he just acknowledged that the Bolts have a scheme that has presented him with challenges over the years. Certainly, whenever Rivers plays a team that has given him trouble, like, say, the Jets last year, he acknowledges that fact and gives the opponent some respect for making it tough on him.
