Mr. D is 100% correct. I live in the Southern Ohio area in Benglas country, and they even had a Who-Dey beer back in the day.
All I know is that when I first visited New Orleans in the mid 80's... "Who Dat" t-shirts were everywhere. A friend of mine who is a die hard Saints fan says he's been hearing in since the early 70's. I didn't hear "Who Dey" till the Palmer and Ochocinqo era began. There's really no way to prove which came first but I will say "Who Dat" got recognized in the national sports media first.

They beat the Steelers and the Steelers beat us. They will get Dwayne Bowe back for the Bengals game, which will open up running lanes for Charles. They aren't great but its not a guaranteed win for the Bengals.

OH believe me, I saw the Chargers Chiefs game a couple of weeks ago, I saw just how sucky they can be lol. The sucky teams in the NFL are pulling out a lot of upsets it seems like this year, thats all Im saying.
