Post Delay/Caps removal

    I have noticed two things that I would like changed if possible.

    1) For the game day thread 30 seconds is too long of a time between post. Especially if you are trying to reply to multiple people.

    2) I have tried to type something in CAPS but it gets converted to lower case. The software is not smart enough to distinguish what should be in CAPS and should not. I also want to YELL sometimes!

    I have a support ticket in with vBulletin. This one is giving me some real problems. Smallest thing seems to be the hardest to fix. Go figure...
