Hope everyone is recovered and ready to talk TV shows again in the next few days. Thank Gawd I didn't get the "bug" that's been going around. I had it over Thanksgiving and that was more than enough.

Oh My. CBS is airing Showtime's "Dexter" I watched it for the first time last night and have set the DVR to record all "Dexter" episodes. Could get hooked on this one too. :icon_eek: Showtime is trying to get more viewers. They are airing "Dexter" on local TV and are rumored to be airing the first season of "Tudors" in the near future. At the bottom of the screen was posted, If you like this show, you can view the upcoming season on Showtime...
I did watch it and will post my thoughts when I feel a little perkier...but my illness did go away several days ago...lasted almost a week. :icon_wink: Thank you for your nice thoughts. Carrie, I like Dexter a lot, missed the first season, and just got it for $17.99 at Target a couple of weeks ago. It's a quirky little show and I wonder if showing it on CBS instead of cable (I think it's on FX too maybe as reruns) is going to change it. I also like The Tudors alot. That's going to have to be heavily edited for regular broadcast tv... Take care all. For those who have never watched it, PB S1 is very very good and original. Most people who enjoy 24 will probably like PB. I hope 24 comes back on fairly soon. I miss watching the antics of Jack Bauer. I still like it. And Monday nights with PB/24 back to back was the best night on tv. To me, anyway.
Think you're right... and I think Kimmie gave it to me! Started feeling like something was coming on during the first day, then ran a really high fever for about 6 hours that first night - hot enough that there was a bit of delirium going on (at least that's what I blame it on:lol. Each day after that the fever would spike up for a couple hours, but each time it was lower. By the 4th day all that was left were some sniffles and a little draggy feeling from being so drained. Made a huge pot of chili that night (extra hot) and burned the remnants of the varmint out :lol: Chili - it's good for what ails ya :yes: Speaking of ailments... how's that ankle, completely recovered? Very glad to hear your illness did go away and that you are feeling better! Those pop-tarts do wonders, eh?:icon_wink: :lol: Now please stay well and try to get nice and perky soon.
ok I'm perky again :icon_wink: The Tudors second season premiere is tonight at 9 pm...It's a good show. It's on Showtime so if you have it you can set your dvr... Though I do still miss PB and 24. Lost is also good again.

Unfortunately can't watch it... am in the middle of a slow move - only wabbit ears until I get finished and things set back up.
