Problem with Activation Emails and Regular Emails Should Be Fixed.

    Had to do a quick update to the config setting for our email system.

    I will be working with Conc to manually verify a few accounts that need to be activated due to their emails not getting sent.

    I am going to do an email blast right now to people who have not verified their account just in case they do not like waiting. :)
