    A Good Husband

    A husband wakes up with a huge hangover the night after a business function. He forces himself to open his eyes and the first thing he sees is a couple of aspirins next to a glass of water on the side table. And, next to them, a single red rose!

    The husband sits up in bed and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and pressed. He looks around the room and sees that it is in perfect order, spotlessly clean. So is the rest of the house.

    He takes the aspirins, cringes when he sees a huge black eye staring back at him in the bathroom mirror and notices a note on the table: Honey, breakfast is on the stove, I left early to go shopping Love you!

    He stumbles to the kitchen and sure enough, there is hot breakfast and the morning newspaper. His son is also at the table, eating. The husband asks, Son . . . what happened last night?

    "Well, you came home after 3am, drunk and out of your mind. You broke the coffee table, puked in the hallway and got that black eye when you ran into the door."

    The husband asks, "So, why is everything in such perfect order, so clean, I have a rose and breakfast is on the table waiting for me?"

    His son replies, Oh, THAT! . . Mom dragged you to the bedroom and when she tried to take your pants off, you screamed, "Leave me alone, B1TCH! I'm married!!"

    Hey!

    How are you?
    I wont be in my own neck of the woods on Tuesday. I have an appt. in Mira Mesa after work. Then I'm heading to my Mom's house in NOrth Park to watch the Padres' opener. She is DVRing it for my sister and me, as it's at around 1pm that day.

    Starting from 56,then to Camino Del Sur, about 1 block north, then it is off the left hand side.

    I am doing great!

    I will miss the opener, my first game starts at 12, then the second one starts at 3:00.

    I didn't see the Spurs game, Darlin, I've been busy doin karaoke and other stuff. This season, I can't believe the numberuv games the Spurs shoulda won vs teams they're s'posedta beat, but lose anyway :no: :icon_shrug: :icon_huh:

    I lissen'dta somma the Mavs game-the Mavs and Suns are the teamsta beat. I truly don't see any team in the East that can compete with the top three teams in the West.

    BTW, the movie "the Natural" is on ESPN2 here right now. It hasnt started yet. They are playing little snippets of MLB players and how the movie influenced them. :tup:
