Our employer has asked us to take a certification class. Chronic Care Professional Certification CCP.

We were given this thick book and workbook and told we had six months to finish the course. The company was kind enough to pay like $1500 per person for this course. This was 3/1 and I only did like six pages of work until today...

Well today I decided... I'm not doing all of this work.... I'm going to sit my *** down. skim every chapter, take notes and just take the damn certification test.

Well I did all that and got a 91% on the test.... :lol: :lol: :lol:

My other colleagues are suffering through the whole book and not enjoying their summers... This stuff should come natural to us anyway and I just was not commited to putting the time and effort into all the reading, website exercises. etc...

I'm goofing off with a fairly new scanner ...... running some pics through that was in a goodie box of old stuff my G'ma gave me yesterday. The first few suck, and I need to redo them at a different DPI. I've got about 200 of these old 60's and 70's pics, most cropped from gameday programs.

Russ Washington as a defensive lineman. When he was first drafted Sid Gillman put him on the defensive line. Later, RW would be switched back to his proper spot as an offensive tackle, and go on to many Pro Bowl appearances. There is a good story in Gene Klein's book on when he and Sid drafted RW. The day before, Sid kept talking about some linebacker he wanted to take in round one. The first few picks came and went, and the LB was still on the board. Klein thought for sure Sid was taking that player, then the pick was announced and it was Russ Washington. SD already had two good OT's (Ron Mix and Ernie Wright) and Klein asked Sid what they would do with RW. "Move him to defense" was Sid's answer. That only lasted a few seasons.

OMG... My DIL just brought home two pies. One banana cream and one coconut cream.... I'm desperately trying to diet so I might have to go take a walk or something... :icon_cry:

I'm glad you all had a nice time together. I've been to San Antonio only once.... back in 92. I loved it and also loved the River with the shops and restaurants.
