Spent the night in jail, hitched back to my car the next day & drove home. Paid a $35 fine for drunk in public.

I still don't really know how I got there & definitely don't know who the GF was/is.

The bash LT threads got outta hand if you ask me, which you didnt. Which might be what Carrie was referring to.

To me, they seemed monotonous. We knew pretty quickly where everyone stood regarding LT's actions. Then it seems, everyone proceeded to beat a dead horse. Over. and Over. and over.

Speaking for myself, I was frustrated and still am over the way the game came out and the season ended.

Maybe some people just come in here to blow off some steam and say what's on their mind. I really try to not judge people for how they handle emotional attachments such as the Chargers.

This is a safe place (I think) to let it ride, laugh and take a break from the daily grind.

That and I've been fortunate enough to meet some really cool people in the process and enjoy some great wins by this team.

Agreed. EVERYONE, that's all of us and Charger fans everywhere were frustrated after the game.

I think I'll save it, print it and post it. The school where I have the most kids is packing and moving out of their temp digs into their brand-new campus in a few weeks. I have to prepare and/or pack all the Braille books, supplies and VI equipment (CCTV's etc.). This is all whilst doing my regular job. It's gettin a bit NUTZ. :icon_eek: :yes:

I think people can enjoy the team in any fashion they want. But, when you get the same one trick pony show, then disguising it different .... or the same drunken conspiracy ramblings, with a flip flop based on which way the wind is blowing ..... or knee jerk reactions based off a few five second clips of edited production from a game ...... or whatever.

The path of this forum is following that of what the UT has become.

Every day the intelligent football discussion slowly is evaporating from this place, but being replaced with whoever can be the loudest "LOOK AT ME" attention whore.

It seems negativity started with the loss and just grew and grew. I seriously thought of bailing out at one point, the negativity is so thick.

But, this forum has been down and bounced back before. And I think it can happen again.
