    Go for it. I'm building a new place in SD now. :icon_banana: It will be complete late summer/early fall. We will move to SD full time after the next school year. I guess I'll have to change my handle?

      Well since my ultimate goal is to get back to southern CA some day... I might as well start the process. Sister says this drop in housing prices will only last a year.
