Sometimes your virus software will not let you install Firefox. Try turning it off if you haven't already done so.

I turned off the virus software I have.

This is weird. I click on the shortcut, the time thing comes up, then disappears. No window appears. When I open task manager, there Firefox is, running.:icon_shrug:

Just crimp their transmission line where it runs into the radiator. If you don't know where that is, have you son do it. The transmission will overheat and lock up.

Another mean thing is to pepper spray the radiator. When they turn on the heater, it'll run them out of the car.:icon_rofl:

Just shove a potato up the tail pipe.

    OR....................................

Take a bottle of Armor All, spray it all over the car. Let it soak in and dry, do it a couple of times.

Then pour some brake fluid on the paint.

The Armor All will not allow the "new" paint to stick to the metal.

Then and only then, if the guy who is painting the car is smart enough. then he will spary a sealent before he paints.

Otherwise all that new paint just peels right off. :icon_shrug:

:helm1: All I want for Christmas is the lom-bard-di,
    the lom-bard-di, see the lom-bard-di.
Gee, if I could only have the lom-bard-di,
Then I could wish you "Merry Christmas."

It seems so long since I could say,
    "Rivers is hoisting the trophy!"
Gosh, oh gee, how happy I'd be
If I could see the lom-bard-di.

All I want for Christmas is the lom-bard-di,
    the lom-bard-di, see the lom-bard-di.
Gee, if I could only have the lom-bard-di,

I have some connections, how about a fully loaded Squadron of B-52's, maybe a couple of Squadrons, no wait I can get an entire Air wing, and that would be about 75 F-18's

    Here's a gun story ......

Back in the days when it was absolutely legal to buy an AR-15 (civilian version of the M-16 assault rifle) .... I heard of a guy who was a registered gun dealer.

Someone said this guy was in ROTC with me at Fresno State, and he "acquired" the part or two that is the only difference between the AR-15 and the M-16. That part (or two - I honestly forget) can transform the single shot civilian AR-15 into a fully automatic military M-16.

So ...... he and another ROTC cadet made a whole bunch of those "parts or two" and bought a whole bunch of AR-15 for the couple hundred bucks they cost back then (mid 80's). There was one slight problem. It's very difficult to "test" a fully automatic weapon (just to make sure the part or two actually did work) without someone hearing you and reporting your *** to the cops for having such weapon. Taking it to a military range was out of the question, as Senior NCO's and Officers might ask some questions that those guys didn't really want to answer.

So .... another guy in ROTC (reportedly) who happened to be in the CA Army Nat'l Guard (40th ID - Mech) and who happened to have access to as much blank 5.56 ammo and blast deflectors as one could possibly have .... suggested that all the weapons be tested with blank ammo before the weapons got re-sold (at a VERY handsome profit).

So ..... the group of guys decided the best time to do the testing was around 8:30 to 9am, when most students had left their apartments for work or school. They tested them in the apartment they had right across from Bulldog stadium.

    Beeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrpppppppppppp ...... Worked.

As soon as they fired off about five of the weapons, they ran out to the pool, and just watched their apartment door. After a couple hours, and no cops showed up, they knew they were in the clear. The weapons went out the door that night.

Of course, I have absolutely zero first hand knowledge of this ..... just rumors passed on second, third, fourth hand .... of course.

I did not live in the apartment that may or may not have been used. I also did not buy or sell any weapons or make any parts.
