Glen Takahashi passed yesterday. I went to hi school with Glen; I graduated with his sister Lonnie, who was a Monarch cheerleader, and surfed quite a bit with his older brother Butch. The whole family were great friends with my family. They owned owned a veggie stand at the corner of Sweetwater Springs Rd and Jamacha Blvd.

Glen was a hi school wrestling icon; here's a link to his life after that-

Services are today @ Faith Chapel 9400 Campo Rd. @ 2pm on Sunday, Jan. 11. My brother will forego the Chargers game to attend and represent our family to the Takahashi's.

    RIP Glen.
