    Dude, get over yourself.

    If the Chargers clean house after winning a Super Bowl they'd be laughed out of the NFL.

    It'd be two amazing feats.

    1) They'd find a way to win a Super Bowl and still get laughed at

    and

    2) They'd manage to get laughed at for hiring Norv and subsequently laughed at for firing him.

    You don't fire your head coach or your GM after you win the Super Bowl. You just don't.

    You thought firing Marty after a 14-2 season looked stupid? That would make firing the head coach after a 14-2 season look like the smartest business decision in the history of the planet.
