What's your point? You are aware the winners of these games get BIG money, aren't you? They do whatever they can to get an advantage. Being able to hear in an enemy arena is a must...it isn't about macho...that's only for forum trash talkers.

Finished the Honey stout. Got it in the carboy and will add english yeast in the morning.

Working on a batch of Honey Pale Ale right now.

All in all there will be 7 batches of beer made... :icon_eek: (35 gallons!)

I shall do so from now on!

You could try your computers speech setting, if it has one. Of course, it your computer's anything like mine it wouldn't help. It's harder to understand sarcasm from a monotone voice than it is from text

But when it gets to really big words it sounds funny, so it's a fair trade:lol:

Perhaps you missed the population types in this thread.

It is primarily posters who enjoy the game of football. We aren't trash talkers...I'm a Patriots fan, most are Chargers fans...when our teams are in the fray, we are loyal to our teams...when they aren't we essentially become students of football. It's the game we like...the winners and losers aren't as important as the game when our teams are playing golf not football.

See my above response to Leo.
It was sarcasm! It slipped my mind, since I'm new to this forum, yall don't know my sense of humour/ tend to always be sarcastic yet like they do on the other forums I'm on.
Until then I shall use smilies or note a post with "sarcasm"

    Am I forgiven now?

Really? You don't think I'm one of those? I love the Bolts to death. However I also love Brees to death. He is my favorite quarter back ever. I was upset when the Chargers got rid of him, but Rivers was good enough so I didn't complain.
Since, I have supported Brees whole-heartedly and in turn have supported the Saints. So yeah the winner of this game is important to me.
    Is that okay with you?

It's fine with me, but you have to dial back the sarcasm...we prefer the game to trying to dig through cute. Welcome...we love students of the game.

Much better than what I was planning.
Would you mind if I borrowed this in the future?

However, I will probably be refraining from sarcasm here....at least for a little while.

I'm a highly sarcastic person myself.

The problem with sarcasm on the internet, though, is people have to know you to know it since they can't read tone of voice.

I feel kind of funny when I get caught up in debate with someone who I thought was being serious considering my own personal nature.

Yeah that's the mistake I made. Hopefully after I've been here a little longer, I won't have to worry.
And Irony can be quite entertaining

Anyways, what a strange series of events.
    Can't believe Bush muffed that.
Game had been dragging for a bit. Now things are interesting once again.

If the Vikings can get to Brees he'll cough up the ball.

    Quite the entertaining first half.

    14 all still.

Curious to see how things develop in the second half.

I'd really like to see Brees take a few good shot's like Favre did. I hope the Viking's can dial it up in the second half.

Who screwed up? I missed the replay...was it bad ball placement by Favre, or did AP screw up?

Great game....who will adjust better in the second half?
