Junior Seau has not forgotten San Diego. Nope. Even though he had been playing for Miami, the San Diego County area is still his home. Evidence? At yesterday's Independance Day parade in Oceanside, where he was the Grand Marshall, he walked the parade route and talked with as many people as he could. Took picutres and even had a seat in a fans chair.
The big question: Will you be playing next season?
Sadly, the answer was 'no'. The good news: he will be signing a one day contract with the Chargers and will retire as a Charger. No date has been set for that. Given Junior's honesty, I'm guessing it'll be sooner rather than later.
