    I'm not throwing in the towel on this season so this is an "IF."
    This is actually kind of premature but...

    IMO, if we don't make the playoffs, Norv must go!!!
    If it comes to that, would you be willing to trade a couple draft picks for an elite coach?

    I don't know... let's say "Gruden? Billick?" (Any other suggestions?)
    Someone with a ring or two and several post season wins.
