I just can't see why McNeill and Jackson can layout of work, then all of a sudden get to come back and get credit for it.

The system is flawed.....like most sports, the union is too powerful. Hopefully they can fix this along with the annual escalation of draft pick contracts which is completely out of control. Sitting out all of training camp and 10 games and calling it an accrued full season is ridiculous. This isn't real world. This is the NFL...where athletes live in a fantasy world pretend like they understand what being underpaid really is.

I guess we should be thankful that it hasn't become like baseball....yet....where only 5 or so teams have the budget to compete for a championship year in and year out and you can be a fat, mediocre-bad relief pitcher and make 5MM a year just because you are left handed. At least the NFL has some parity.

For the record, my only gripe with you was that you just seem to have a negative attitude about most everything. I don't think you were a dick about it or anything, I just never understand people who seem unhappy all the time.

Have a little fun with it, that's all. :abq2:

the kicker wouldn't have the opportunity to miss FGs if the offense doesn't stall.
