OLB can successfully be marked off the list of needs

Still alot of great value to be had

A couple name under the best available @the 16-20

    DT Brandon Thompson

    OT Mike Adams

    CB Trumaine Johnson

    DT Alameda Ta'Amu

    G Kelechi Osemele

    WR Alshon Jeffrey

    S George Iiloka

    DE Tyrone Crawford

In a way with all the surprises and reaches in the first round, if done right the 2nd and 3rd can be just as effective as the 1st. Here's to a good draft tomorrow

I'd also like to point out with now having 6 OLB with the addition to Ingram on our roster not including Byrd, Gamble

    AJ Smith said this

“Only two guys start and run out of the tunnel and go underneath the helmet, but we don’t really care about that,” Smith said. “We’d love to have four pass-rushers to some degree. All of them healthy would be nice. And put them all in the mix for Coach Pagano and turn it loose.
“If we’ve got a fifth one … fine. We’ll take it. But our goal is to try and get four of them creating havoc so that we can make it a little bit easier on the guys at the back end.”

Tells me some may not make the roster *cough cough Laboy cough*

i really feel like we are in a BPA kind of situation right now.. yeah we have needs but i dont think any of them are that glaring that it needs to dictate how we pick

safety of course is a glaring need but with the drop off that there is now in the position theres no rush to grab one

kick the tires on Nick Collins? I know he's a free safety but, you've got to think the guy would take a big pay cut due to the risk of his neck injury.. i dont know just a thought.

The only reason he was cut was because he may never play again, as Safety goes, I'd fee more comfortable doing what we did with Sanders but with Melvin Bullit, also Jim leonard is still a free agent. I wouldnt even mind going up and grabbing Upshaw hahaha But I think NT and S (Taylor,Allen,Iiloka) are the next 2 spots. Just want to apologize for my Negative Nancy remarks on Ingram the more I see this kid the more Im loving this, but his arms and hands are tiny hahahahahaha which were my 2 biggest questions on him although he seems like he makes it work

funny you say the thing about upshaw i was thinking of moving up if he lasts until around the 38-40 area wouldnt cost much and at least well get 1 good pass rusher outta it wat r the odds of going 0/2:roflmao: and the more i look into this iloka kid the more and more i like him hes growing on me so much to the point that i think im in love :inlove:

I kno. If he was who we picked at 49, I really cant find too much to complain about him being the pick other than the always there hindsight and we missed this guy talk to come.

OG RB TE No particular order lets get some players that will at least stick with the team and push lesser players out.

3 picks left.. what positions will we attack?

Positions of need/depth: RB, OL, ILB, CB

Who, Where, When should we go? I'm thinking OL, ILB, and possibly CB but I would like to see RB..

Actualy Im gonna retract Polk take a Corner and work on the backup RB from another teams D.C. castoffs.

                  Edit:

No BEST BIG BODY Defensive player with mobility with the 5th.

I would like to see Corner next, whether Dennard lasts, would love to have Norman, Jackson or Bethel..

O-line i'd like Ryan Miller.. and Inside Linebacker I wouldn't mind Burfict or Jerry Franklin..

I love Lance Dunbar, he will probably go undrafted..
