I follow casually. Mostly the World Cup and the major confederation tourneys.

Being here in DC, I pull for United in MLS. RFK Stadium on game day is pretty cool.

BTW, welcome to the board! :icon_toast:

There are a few European Charger fans on the site who also follow their own 'soccer' teams, myself included.

For my sins I was unfortunate enough to have been born in Darlington therefore I follow the team and go to both home and away matches.

There is at least one other Liverpool supporter who uses the message board and I'm sure he'll be on this thread soon.

Darlington FC? Does **** Cummins still play for them?

Im a Leeds United fan, and supporting them the last few years has been a bit like supporting The Lions, however they are turning a corner (I think)

A good mixture of clubs there and glad to see no Man U fans yet, although one always surfaces soon::tdown:
In the MLS i usually follow the fortunes of DC with interest.
Looking forward to the world cup and try to see if England can go far in the tournament.

I follow it when I can. Follow mostly the LA Galaxy, and catch whatever is on FSC. The San Diego Sockers are back in town so I may catch a few indoor soccer games this season.

When I visited San Diego in 1994 I met a bunch of San Diego Sockers players, they were signing autographs in a shopping mall in downtown San Diego.

    Both my boys play.

The older plays for our town & for a decent regional travel squad as well.

I coach my little guys K division team.

This morning I went from my oldest's rainy NFL Flag Football sideline, to the next state over to stand beside a rainy soccer pitch for him. We won in football, but lost a very competitive 2-1 match in soccer.

Here's me with my little guy's team at the end of the Spring season(my older boy is the assistant coach in the back):

We're Revolution fans here in N.E. I also follow Real Madrid since I got to watch them win The UEFA Championship at Hampden Park, in Glasgow, back in 2002.

That's interesting - when I worked in Washington State I took in a couple of Tacoma Stars indoor games and enjoyed them. It's a shame there are no games at home while we're over there - I would have liked to take one in.

IMO Kaka should won the Best Soccer Player last year, but Cristiano Ronaldo won it.

Julio Cesar (GoalKeeper), Kaka, Luis Fabiano...They are playing very well.

If he do well on FutSal propably he will be good on normal soccer, because in FutSal you have to think very fast, pass the ball very well and you have to play both in defense and ofense...

    Best FutSal palyer
