FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU graduate and National Football League star LaDainian Tomlinson will be in attendance Saturday as he's honored during "LT Day" as the 18th-ranked and Mountain West Conference champion Horned Frogs host UNLV at 6 p.m. in the regular-season finale at Amon Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas.

Tomlinson's No. 5 TCU jersey will be honored. No other player will be allowed to wear No. 5 without Tomlinson's approval.

A special halftime recognition and highlight video will take place with Tomlinson on the field. Replicas of his TCU No. 5 jersey will be distributed to the first 200 LT Barton Bleacher Creatures in attendance.

Commemorative Tomlinson posters, courtesy of North Hills Hospital, will be available to fans following the game. Also taking place postgame will be a fireworks show.

Tomlinson will be seeing his alma mater play for the second time in three weeks. He was on the sideline, wearing a TCU sweatshirt, when the Frogs defeated San Diego State Oct. 29 at Qualcomm Stadium. Tomlinson's Chargers had a home game the next day versus Kansas City.

TCU's 18 seniors, making their final home appearance, will be recognized in a pregame ceremony.
