Goodbye and good riddance to all of the above, especially AJ and Norv.

It has been a long time since I have wanted to see the end of the season...now the question is will Norv even last THAT long? Two weeks ago I would have said yes, now I am not so sure...

Well it's going to be a big name at HC, I really can't see Spanos picking an Assistant coach from another organization like he should.. He'll it will probably be an internal hire, especially if the Jimmy Raye rumors are actually true.

I think it'll be either Chip Kelly, Jon Gruden, Andy Reid, or Bill Cowher..

These two are not coming back to coaching, why in the hell would they, and I am not sure they would be all that effective. Yes, more than Norv, but who wouldn't be.

All the strident support I heard for this failure of an organisation at the end of last season's failure seems to have gone, good.

I don't know why, but I am laughing my head off at this post. The musical choice was excellent, and for some reason I find it funny when the only word to open a thread is "discuss". Well played sir.

Cowher wont come here at all as the head coach. He is a very good friend of Marty, and with the way Marty was treated here do you think Cowher will come? Now if we had a different owner...............................

I think Cowher won't come because we are nowhere close to having enough talent to win a championship. A few years ago we may of had a chance, but now why risk it. He has got a great job it will take the perfect situation to lure him back into coaching.
