    BTW -

There is no "forum wars" or any of that nonsense. If someone wants to claim that, they aren't looking at what it is. Just a simplistic question to discern credibility. Period. Nothing more than that. If people want to rush to the defense of someone and not let him speak for himself and clear the air, then whatever. If people want to obfuscate it with different discussions, then go right ahead. I barely even post here, and I don't give a crap about any "forum war" one way or the other.

I'd love to see the UT upgrade it's Chargers coverage 1000% .... the draft coverage was horrible. The damn NC Times had stories all week discussing positions, but the UT gave us 2-3 stories and nothing substantial.

Now we see (what appears to be) some resume padding by the #2 dude at CFX. I find that interesting. I think it goes to the heart of the credibility of not only CFX, but also of the UT. People get fired for doing that - even college coaches. I hate when some dudes pimp up their military resumes as well.

He could still be 100% credible if all he did was a summer intern. Just say it. Don't make it out to be something more than it was, and don't lead people to believe it was bigger than it was. Honesty and integrity are two traits that seem to be fleeting nowadays.

Yes, I'm sure that's in the back of the mind of every person who contemplates adoption.... even under the best of circumstances.

Thanks Chippie. I haven't gotten around to checking adoption.network out just yet... but will. DIL knows people who have used them...

    I wouldn't go that far ....

Working on "wintersession" was probably sitting in a booth on gameday selling tickets ... but somehow that translates into ....

Yeah ... I'm buying that one.

Guess I'm too naive, but I didn't see anything wrong with his answer, but I s'pose you can call the number he provided if ya wanna.

The times he's said he "worked for the Chargers" the fact of sitting in a ticket booth on gameday over "wintersession" has never emerged.

What could someone do for 2-3 weeks on "wintersession" ??? Did he work one day selling tickets on gameday? Did he intern in the ticket sales department? That wasn't much of an answer.

And no, I'm not going to call his buddy to grill him on what LT21 did or didn't do. That isn't right. LT21 could just say, "I interned as a ticket guy for a few weeks ....." or ... "I worked gameday ticket sales." Don't put it on your buddy.

Nope. Instead, we see this resume padding.

Hey, I worked as field security and as an usher at Bulldog stadium during college. I guess I should update my resume. Y'all should have seen the view from my "office" as I watched Henry Ellard practice ....

Maybe ... but the way it's been represented hasn't been overtly truthful. Still looks like resume padding to me.

Hey .... I've got to run up to Jupe Mills at 87 and 1604 .... wanna meet real quick somewhere? Call me in a few minutes if you want to.

Our Lady of the Lake University is one of the finest private schools in the San Antonio area, and the main building caught fire Tuesday night. I don't know the extent of the damage, but classes will resume today.

As for the resume padding, what may have started out as a lark has turned into a rather disgusting affair that has resulted in a pretty decent guy getting trashed by posters here, IMHO.

    jes sayin
