Forty percent of first time criminals get arrested a second time.

Sixty percent of second time arrested criminals get arrested a third time.

Seventy five percent of those arrested a third time are arrested a forth time.

Eighty percent of those arrested a forth time are arrested a fifth time.

About nine percent of the people in a city/town commit 60 to 70 percent of the crimes in that area. They are the repeat offenders that make up the majority of every county jail.

About one and one half percent of a population are the asses; the rapist, aggravated assaults and killers. They do not have a conscience and care nothing of the rest of society.

Learned this in a jail management course, based on FBI recidivism rates.....

The appropriate dose for the cure is measured by something called "caliber"... I happen to like .45, .44 & 9mm in that order. ;)

Why not go with .50 Caliber. Even though it makes things messy but it gets the Job done. ;)

.45's have always worked well for me, unless I really want to reach out & touch someone. Then it's a bolt action 7mm.
