Is There A Prop Limit And What Is It??? 7 Times A Day??

The way it works is that you can Rep 6 people in a 24 hour day no more than the 6 people.

for you to be able to rep the same person again you have to rep 15 other posters within a 3 day period before your can rep the original poster again.
